At Downshift Design, every product is carefully handcrafted and made to order, ensuring it is completely unique and personal to you, the buyer. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage incurred during the delivery process.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to resolve the matter promptly, whether that means issuing a replacement or providing an appropriate solution.
